Our meeting room is situated in the main courtyard of the Hotel Forum overlooking the garden and vineyard.
The room is equipped with modern audio-visual technologies:projector with giant canvas, DVD player, amplification system, Wi-Fi internet and LAN which allow conference customers fast and reliable connections with their devices.
Futheremore, the room has a flip chart board, microphone, laser pointer, folders containing pencil and paper, water bottles for the speakers.

Whole day (8 hours) - € 299,00 + VAT
THE POSSIBILITY OF A PLEASANT BREAK IN THE VINEYARD GARDEN IS OFFERED TO OUR CUSTOMERS BY CHOOSING FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
- Neapolitan espresso or American coffee cup, water and homemade cake € 6.00 +VAT per person
- Orange or lemon juice, homemade cake, Neapolitan espresso or American coffee, water, € 8.00 +VAT per person.

These are different layouts of the room:
• stalls layout= maximum capacity, 45 people, speakers’ desk with chairs arranged in rows
• school layout = maximum capacity, 24 people, speakers’ desk with two rows of tables and chairs
• diplomatic layout= maximum capacity, 16 people, with an oval shaped table in the middle with chairs
• U-shape layout= maxium capacity, 26 people, speakers’ desk and a row of tables arranged into a U-shape layout with chairs.
